I really want to know if people are that sensitive or was the flight attendant going through her monthly cruise? Furthermore was her P.M.S so bad that she felt the need to put a 19-month old innocent baby off the plane. When you have a job such as that you can never have a bad day, the two most important things are customer service and safety. That child did not pose any threat to the other passengers on that flight and now Continental has to deal with another unnecessary issue. So I want to know, did the mother get a full refund and more importantly did she get to where she needed to go?
