Today, June 29, 2011, Transformers 3: Dark Side of the Moon hits theaters across the nation. Shia LaBeouf returns as Sam Witwicky in the role that made him a household name. Also back are Josh Duhamel, John Turturro, and Tyrese Gibson. Not back: Megan Fox, who left the franchise after the second film due to irreconcilable creative differences with director Michael Bay. Replacing her as Sam's love interest is former model-turned-actress, Rose Huntington-Whiteley.
Synopsis:
The Autobots learn of a Cybertronian spacecraft hidden on the Moon, and race against the Decepticons to reach it and to learn its secrets.
