Most people would throw the handcuffs at anybody who vandalized private property, especially if they willingly confessed to doing it. However, Leodis McKelvin has decided not to press charges against the two teenage boys who did just that. Terrell Owens has put his invaluable two cents in which don't even deserve a quote on this blog. Basically, he guarantees a playoff appearance by the Bills.
