This is one of my favorite players in the league today. I have watched him from his days at Duke University and with the Detriot Pistons*. I highlight Detriot because management screwed him over causing him to get out there anyway and play, thus ruining his ankle. I was hoping that when he moved to Orlando, it would be a type of re-birth for him. His heart was in the right place but that ankle just wouldn't act right. This past season, Mr. Hill displayed his signature silky smooth game, averaging double digits. Recently, it was announced that he plans on signing with Phoenix. His veteran leadership will be welcome to this organization. He is a very smart player on the court and it will be interesting to see how this season unfolds for him. I truly hope that one day, we can see him, just as we did with Michael Finley, Gary Payton, and Alonzo Mourning, hoist up the NBA title trophy! This was a smart move for him moving to a team LOADED with talent. Will this FINALLY be Grant Hill's time? That question will be answered at the end of the 2007-2008 season or beyond perhaps. STAY TUNED!!!
